A hope outage occurs when a professional disengages from life because they cannot see a path to achieving their career or business aspirations. When Nneka speaks to audiences around the globe, she gives them a three-part solution:
1) drop the superhero cape;
2) have a north star and follow it;
3) compete and collaborate.
Nneka's message is one of empowerment - "you can change your life at any time."
