Nneka's career spans 20+ years in operations and corporate leadership roles in the communications industry including her current role as Market Vice President, Hampton Roads Operations at Cox Communications.
Committed to building innovative and inclusive communities, Nneka serves on the board of several organizationsand is an appointed Commissioner for the City of Virginia Beach's Economic Development Authority. She's received several recognitions and accolades for her community work in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion from the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, National Diversity Council, and the Virginia Asian American Chamber of Commerce to name a few.
Deemed a 'Top 50 under 50' by her alma matter Concordia University, Nneka is a lifelong learner. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Nneka has earned several degrees and certifications including in Computer Science (BSc.), Telecommunications (MSc.), Inclusion & Diversity (Yale) and Cable Executive Management (HBS). She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.
